Maunula Library closed 22 June–5 July 2026 due to floor maintenance 

Maunula Library will be closed from 22 June to 5 July 2026 for floor maintenance. The library will reopen on Monday 6 July 2026.

During the maintenance, the library cannot be visited and materials cannot be picked up from or returned to Maunula Library. Customers of Maunula Library can make use of the services of the neighbouring Käpylä, Oulunkylä and Paloheinä libraries during the maintenance.

Reservations during the maintenance

Customers of Maunula Library can change the pick-up location of their reservations to any other Helmet library. They can also freeze their reservations for the duration of the maintenance, allowing them to retain their place in the reservation queue. From Tuesday 9 June onwards, reservations to be picked up at Maunula Library will be redirected to Paloheinä Library.
