Residents of Espoo, Kauniainen and Vantaa are eligible to vote in the county elections. The residents of Helsinki will not vote in the county elections.

Please note that the self-service library will not be available in some libraries during advance voting or on election day. Check the opening hours of your library on the library’s web page in the Helmet web library.

Libraries host many events and discussions related to the elections. You can find election events at Helmet libraries in the events calendar by searching for ‘vaalit’.
